Delete it yourself, in the app

This is immediate and permanent. You do not need to ask anyone.

Delete one listing, and keep your account

You do not have to delete everything to remove something. In the app, go to Profile → My listings, tap Delete on any listing, and it goes permanently along with its photos. Your account, your other listings and your conversations are untouched.

To have anything else removed while keeping your account, email abdulwahab@nokhithakw.com and say what you want gone. We reply within 30 days.

If you no longer have the app

Email abdulwahab@nokhithakw.com from any address, with the phone number you used to sign in. No account or app needed. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything below is removed permanently and cannot be recovered:

• Your account and the phone number it was created with
• Your profile and display name
• Every listing you posted, and all of its photos
• Your conversations and all messages in them
• Anyone you blocked, and any reports you filed
• The registration that lets us send notifications to your phone

What is kept, and why

• If you claimed the launch discount with your email address, that email sits on our mailing list separately from your account, so deleting the account does not remove it. Use the unsubscribe link on any email we send, or ask us and we will remove it.
• Messages you sent to another person disappear from the app with your account. Nothing we can do reaches a screenshot somebody already took.
• Anonymous crash reports may remain for up to 90 days. They record what broke, not who you are, and cannot be traced back to you once the account is gone.
